The strategies that I will teach you during the Dream Job Jumpstart are based on my 6-step Full Bloom Framework, however, I will customize my approach to meet your specific immediate needs. The support you need right now may fall under any of these three core areas:

You are ready to make a career transition but have no idea what you should be doing next. You have a few ideas, but need help narrowing them down. You do not want to pursue another degree and don’t want to have to start from the bottom in a new career.

Who Am I?
My name is Uzoma F. Obidike and I am a Certified Career Advisor™ and educator. I teach women in stagnant careers how to network to their dream jobs. All throughout my career, I have faced feelings of fear and self-doubt when it came to my advancement. There were times when I also felt stuck and didn’t know which direction to take. But after getting super clear on my career goals, establishing a solid personal brand, and leveraging my networks, I pushed through and got ahead.
