The Rose Advisory Collective

You’ve had an impactful career.

Your leadership extends beyond a job title.

Today, you carry significant responsibility and influence. You may…

  • Lead teams, initiatives, or organizations.

  • Possess advanced credentials and expertise.

  • Serve on a board, committee, or association.

  • Run a business alongside your primary role.

You may also be balancing family and personal commitments.

…And yet, you’re not done building. You still have some big goals.

Ideas you haven’t fully executed.
Opportunities you haven’t fully pursued.
Expansion you haven’t fully stepped into.

You may be craving intentional space to think out loud, process ideas, and receive strategic feedback from other high-impact women. Especially if you work remotely, lead independently, or feel like you’ve been holding everything in your own head.

You don’t need another workshop.
You don’t need another degree.

You need structured support.
You need thoughtful perspective.
You need accountability that matches your level.

You need a room where women sharpen their thinking, refine their strategy, and actually make moves.

If that resonates, this is that room.

What This Is

The Rose Advisory Collective is a 10-week curated personal board of advisors for women who are already leading and want trusted perspectives, strategic support, and meaningful connections as they shape their next season.

Our members come from a variety of industries and backgrounds. What connects them is not their field, but their commitment to growth, their willingness to take action, and the quality of perspective they bring to the room.

The Collective is built around a simple belief: meaningful opportunities rarely happen by accident. They are often the result of intentional action, strategic relationships, visibility, and consistent follow-through over time.

Each member enters with one strategic goal and leverages both the collective wisdom of the group and my expertise in visibility and relationship strategy to make meaningful progress over 10 weeks.

Together, we focus on clarifying priorities, strengthening relationships, increasing visibility where it matters, and creating opportunities that help move goals forward.

These are the kinds of priorities members often bring into the Collective:

  • Prepare for a promotion, expanded leadership role, or board opportunity

  • Advance your speaking, research, or writing goals

  • Build and strengthen the relationships that support your growth, visibility, and opportunities

  • Structure the next phase of a business, initiative, or revenue stream

  • Advance a high-impact idea, project, or initiative within your organization or field

  • Move forward with a strategic pivot

Weekly Accountability & Execution Support

  • R.O.S.E. Action Plan

Each member creates a personalized R.O.S.E. Action Plan centered on one strategic goal. The plan helps members move from intention to action by building meaningful relationships, owning their priorities, refining their strategy, and executing with consistency. Throughout the program, we revisit and refine that plan to ensure focused action between sessions.

  • Visibility & Relationship-Building Support

Member-exclusive resources that complement the work happening inside the Collective and help you strengthen your visibility, build meaningful relationships, and create aligned opportunities.

  • Open Coworking
A standing, optional space each week to focus, execute, and make real progress alongside others in the room.

  • Private Group Chat
A private LinkedIn group chat that supports the work happening within the Collective, where members declare commitments, share progress, and stay in motion between advisory sessions. The chat supports the work, but the work happens in the room.

The Rose Advisory Collective is not traditional coaching. It is a curated advisory experience in which strategic peer insights, Dr. Uzoma's expertise in visibility and relationship-building, and disciplined implementation come together to help you make meaningful progress toward a single important goal.

Optional 1:1 Support

For moments when you need focused, individualized guidance, Tap-In Sessions are available at a member-only rate.

By The End of Our Time Together

In 10 weeks, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Clarify one strategic priority you are ready to move forward.

  • Receive strategic insight and perspective on real-time decisions from accomplished women across industries.

  • Build trusted relationships within the Collective and strengthen key relationships that support your goals outside of it.

  • Increase visibility around your expertise, ideas, work, or aspirations in ways that align with your objectives.

  • Make meaningful progress on a goal, initiative, opportunity, or decision that matters to you.

This is the kind of space where someone reflects your blind spots, sharpens your thinking, and helps you move from idea to action.

Members who engage consistently can expect greater clarity, informed decision-making, stronger relationships, and real forward momentum.

Investment

The Summer 2026 cohort will open for enrollment soon.

The Investment is $900 (or three monthly payments of $300)

Each cohort is intentionally kept small to support thoughtful conversation, strong peer connection, and meaningful progress on individual priorities.

Your Next Steps After the 10 Weeks

At the end of each 10-week experience, members receive a private invitation to determine their next step before any remaining seats are offered publicly.

From there, members can:

  • Continue their momentum in the next 10-week Collective experience, with ongoing support, accountability, and fresh opportunities for growth.

  • Remain connected through the Rose Community, a lower-touch membership designed to help members stay connected, maintain relationships, and continue building momentum between experiences.

You are capable of more.

The question is, are you going for it… consistently?

Not when you have time.
Not when things slow down.
Not when the overthinking stops.
Not when you have it all figured out.

But now.

If you’re ready for disciplined momentum inside a space that matches your ambition, your seat is waiting.
