What This Is

The Rose Advisory Collective is an advisory circle designed for high-impact women who already lead and are ready to refine, expand, and execute at their next level.

This room is for women who already lead in some capacity, whether in corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, entrepreneurship, or community spaces. You carry responsibility. You influence decisions. And you are ready for structured strategic support.

These are the kinds of priorities you’ve been thinking about but haven’t fully committed time and structure to yet:

• Preparing for and initiating a promotion, expanded leadership role, or board opportunity

• Designing and executing a focused visibility or thought leadership strategy

Bi-Weekly Virtual Advisory Sessions

We meet live on Zoom for six 90-minute sessions. Each session includes:

• A focused advisory spotlight

• Strategic peer insight and perspective

• Dedicated implementation time to move priorities forward
  

Weekly Accountability Touchpoints

• A private group chat where members declare commitments, share progress, and stay in motion between sessions.

• This is not traditional coaching. This is strategic peer advisory and disciplined implementation inside a curated circle of high-impact thought partners.
  

By The End of Our Time Together

In 10 weeks, you will have the opportunity to:

• Clarify and articulate one strategic priority you are ready to move forward

• Receive strategic insight on real-time decisions from women across industries

• Build trusted relationships with peers who can offer perspective and, when aligned, connections

• Stay accountable to your stated priorities through structured collective support

The Rose Advisory Collective meets bi-weekly on Wednesdays from 7:00–8:30 PM Central:

Investment

The Fall 2026 cohort will open for enrollment soon.

The Investment is $900 (or three monthly payments of $300)

Each cohort is intentionally kept small to support thoughtful conversation, strong peer connection, and meaningful progress on individual priorities.

Renewal

At the end of each cohort, members receive a private renewal invitation before any remaining seats are offered publicly.
