During March 2026, I had the opportunity to highlight 16 women through the Women Leading Beautifully spotlight series.
Different industries.
Different paths.
Different ways of leading.
But a few things stood out:
Many of them made intentional shifts to align their work with their values and lived experiences.
Several are operating across multiple spaces, bringing together different parts of their background in meaningful ways.
Their leadership extends beyond their titles, showing up in community, mentorship, and the spaces they create for others.
And in many cases, their visibility wasn’t about being seen more, but about being seen more fully for who they are now.
Their stories were more than their job titles. They showed what it looks like to evolve, pivot, and expand your impact—sometimes without a title change at all.
That’s what this series was really about.
Not just what they do.
But how they’ve evolved.
Thank you to each of these remarkable women for sharing your story and allowing me to highlight your work.
Follow/Connect with them!
