Much of my career has been spent partnering with women navigating career transitions and reinvention, helping them clarify the meaningful work they want to pursue and activate the relationships that support their next season.
What I’ve noticed about high-impact women is this:
Titles rarely tell the full story of their impact.
Career evolution does not always come with a new role.
And influence often grows in ways that are not reflected in a job description.
That’s why I created the Women Leading Beautifully spotlight series.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to cross paths with remarkable women across industries, and this series is one way I’m highlighting the leadership and influence I see throughout my network.
Throughout this month, I’ll be featuring women from my network and extended community whose career journeys reflect pivots, realignments, and seasons of growth that have shaped their influence over time.
Because the path to meaningful work rarely unfolds in a straight line.
That’s the layer this series will highlight.
Not just what they do…
but how they evolved.
The first spotlight drops tomorrow.
