Jasmin Forts, MBA

Jasmin Forts, MBA, CPCC is the Manager of Talent Acquisition at the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master Gardener in Cobb County, blending leadership in talent strategy with community-based sustainability work.

Here’s how Jasmin is leading beautifully in this season:

“I reached the 'Director' title in my career, advancing meant more scale and visibility, but I chose to pivot and focus on motherhood and family instead. That decision wasn’t a step back—it was a strategic realignment around what impact and success truly meant to me. I'm still in people management and hold a leadership role, but it has reshaped how I lead, set boundaries, and pursue work with intention and clarity.

One way I’m creating impact beyond my formal role is by volunteering in the community to help expand access to learning about the land and gardening. I support hands-on education that reconnects people to where their food comes from and builds confidence through practical skills. It’s a small but meaningful way to invest in long-term sustainability, self-reliance, and community resilience.”

Jasmin is a powerful example of career evolution, choosing intentional realignment over traditional advancement and redefining leadership on her own terms.
