Nicole DuBois

Nicole DuBois is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Graham and a Mentor and Advisor who is intentionally expanding her influence through mentorship, speaking, and professional engagement.

Here is how she is leading beautifully in this season:

“The moment I determined my potential impact was broader than my ‘day job.’ I accepted and assigned a responsibility to myself to offer mentorship, guidance, and coaching to others. This has led to my being sought out as a thought leader and speaker on panels, college campuses, podcasts, and more.

I am a mentor for college students, aspiring professionals and professionals who are early in their career trajectories. I aim to use my lived experience and lessons I have amassed along my own journey to inspire, spark curiosity, and to support.

I have been actively engaged in expanding my visibility and professional network, on and off of LinkedIn, attending and accepting invitations to speak publicly at events, accepting invitations to be interviewed, and more. I am intentional about reaching out beyond my industry to establish meaningful and hopefully mutually beneficial connections.

My decision to actively re-engage with my undergraduate alma mater has opened the door to myriad opportunities for meeting like-minded professionals, mentoring and supporting current students and recent graduates and so much more.”

Connect with Nicole. Her journey reflects a powerful season of career evolution, as she intentionally steps into mentorship, visibility, and leadership influence.
