Taylor Brione Ballard

Taylor Brione Ballard is the Chief Experience Officer at Experiences By Taylor Brione and a Fundraising Strategist who designs community-centered experiences with purpose and intention.

Here’s how she is leading beautifully in this season:

“A defining moment in my career came when I realized I was no longer meant to stay behind the scenes. For a long time, I was known as the person who could execute. I planned the events, handled the details, and made sure everything ran smoothly. But over time, I started to see that my real value went beyond logistics.

As I led more community-focused events, I noticed how powerful well-designed experiences could be. They brought people together, created access, and opened doors, especially for women and underserved communities. I was not just supporting the vision anymore. I was helping shape it.

Stepping into a broader level of impact meant trusting my voice, owning my expertise, and being intentional about leading, not just executing.

One way I’m currently creating impact beyond my formal role is by using my skills and platform to bring people together around purpose. I’m especially intentional about designing experiences that uplift women and encourage civic engagement, storytelling, and connection.

It’s less about a title and more about influence. I focus on using what I know to open doors, amplify voices, and create moments that matter.

This season, I’ve been much more intentional about being visible and telling my story, not just doing the work quietly. I’ve focused on showing the full scope of what I do by sharing my experiences, projects, and community involvement more consistently.

More than anything, I’ve been intentional about showing my whole self. I’m no longer separating who I am from what I do, and that clarity has made my personal brand feel more authentic and aligned with where I’m headed next.

A moment that really stands out for me is when opportunities started coming to me not because I was applying or asking, but because people in my network were speaking my name in rooms I wasn’t in.

What made it meaningful was that those doors opened because of trust. It reinforced for me that community is not just about connection, it’s about consistency.”
